Terms and Conditions of Sale

All Diaclone products are sold for RUO (research use only), unless stated otherwise within the instruction manual or product supporting documentation. All sales are to end-users only and no further distribution is allowed without written permission such as a signed and validated distribution agreement.

Diaclone products with no limitations are not to be administered to humans or used for therapeutic purposes.


As a material condition to Diaclone providing its Products to Purchaser, Purchaser agrees that the end user shall not, directly or indirectly, attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise perform any compositional, structural, functional or other analyses directed to learning the methodology, components, formulae, processes, make-up, or production of any Product or any portion thereof.


All product end user prices are subject to change without prior notice and Diaclone reserves the right to change product specifications, supporting documentation and packaging at any time. In addition Diaclone reserves the right to discontinue sales of any product unless otherwise agreed in a separate binding agreement.

Shipping cost will be in addition to the product prices and pre-paid unless shipping is arranged by the purchaser. For all orders the risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser when the goods are passed to the shipping company. Diaclone will not be liable to any loss, damage or delay during shipping.

All orders must be pre-paid in advance of shipping unless prior agreement is reached with Diaclone or an official distributor of Diaclone. For a list of our distributors please visit our website Past due accounts will be subject to monthly interest charge. Diaclone reserves the right to withhold delivery of any subsequent shipments until all outstanding balances are paid.

Until Diaclone has been paid in full for any products the ownership of said products remains with Diaclone and Diaclone reserves its right to repossess its goods at any time.

Diaclone will consider claims for damages or incorrect deliveries if notified within 5 days of receipt of the product. If no notification of damages or defects is received within 5 days Diaclone will deem all products to be free of damage and accepted by the purchaser. No products should be returned to Diaclone without prior discussion and authorization with Diaclone.

Diaclone warrants to the original purchaser that products sold conform to specifications provided with the shipped products. This warranty does not extend to any product that has been altered in any way by personnel other than Diaclone staff or to any product which has been handled in a manner contrary to instructions included in product support documentation. Diaclone is not responsible for patent infringement of other violations that may occur with the use of any products purchased from Diaclone.

Purchaser's only remedy under the above warranty shall be direct product replacement , credit towards future purchases from Diaclone or at the decision of Diaclone alone a refund of the original product price.

In no event shall Diaclone be held liable to the purchaser in any cause of action or claim of any nature, for any loss of profits or other economic loss, including but not limited to: Salaries, lost revenues, costs, expenses or any other incidental damages arising out of any claim relating to your purchases of goods or services from Diaclone.

All sales of Diaclone products shall be governed by the laws and jurisdiction of France.
